Conspiracy in the Sejm: Politician declared persona non grata

By Sertor Valentinus, 15 October 2020 Matachewan politician Alvin Matthews has been blacklisted from multiple micronations following a conspiracy to initiate a cold war. Matthews is known for his former status as a member of the Sejm of Matachewan and as the Health Minister for the United Kingdom of Ainsworth and Fesmar. Matthews was dismissed from the Sejm following accusations of unprofessional behavior. In turn, the disgraced politician had attempted to rejoin the Sejm through the creation of a colony. When this failed, Matthews declared independence from Matachewan. Allegations had also surfaced suggesting that Matthews had transferred his colony to another micronation, in order to sway said nation into spying on Matachewanian affairs. Casper von Naveria wins September Micronationalist of the Month award

By Zarel Smith Micronationalist of the Month is a monthly award which awards the "best, most influential micronationalist of that month" according to the voters in a public poll. The award is ran by a committee within the company Statistic-Dime, and has been running monthly since January 2020. Casper von Naveria, a micronationalist politician best known as the Duke of Naveria, has been declared the Micronationalist of the Month for September 2020 with 15 votes (40.5%), also making him tied with Jayden Lycon in January 2020 for the most votes received. Casper has overseen continuous growth and developed within his nation Naveria, which had its Independence Day celebrations on 9 September. Following a huge change to diplomatic relations, seven micronations signed treaties with Naveria. There was also a "strong recommendation to sign the Wrythe and Edgbaston Conventions to preserve integrity and encourage professionalism", which is expected to happen within October.
